The proposal is located in a residential area of Maida Vale, London. The new annex will be characterised by a simple “box”, rusted metal cladding and “clean lines”. The main entrance is accessible from the garden via sliding doors to offer more interaction outdoors-indoors. The new building offers an open plan lounge with views onto the rear garden. There is also space for a guest room and bathroom.
